But food for the hair? Really? Yes! There are plenty of superfoods that you need to take if you want to transform your dull mane into a gorgeous, shiny hair. And the good news is that some of these superfoods are just sitting around the kitchen, waiting for you to cram them down.

So, if you’re ready to nosh your way to having better hair, pack your superfoods for the most efficient hair diet ever!      

1.    Fatty Fish

Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that keep the scalp and hair hydrated, making each hair strand thick, full, and lustrous locks. These nutrients can also prevent hair loss and strengthen follicles. Especially, some instances of hair loss are due to physical stress, pregnancy, MRI exposure, heredity, and more. So, if you want to achieve strong hair, then maybe you should start including fatty fish on your hair diet meal, regardless if you’re a fan of mackerel or not.
